Shipping Delays

Temporary pauses in tracking updates are common during international transit. As long as tracking activity has updated within the past 7 days, your shipment is still moving through the delivery network.

External Delays

Customs clearance procedures, weather disruptions, transportation issues, or carrier-related delays may occasionally impact delivery times. These situations are outside our direct control.


Multiple Packages & Order Changes

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately to improve shipping efficiency. Each package will receive its own tracking number.

Requesting Order Changes

If you need to modify your order details (shipping address, product selection, etc.), please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

For faster assistance, include:

Please understand that modifications cannot be guaranteed once the fulfillment process has started.


Delivery Issues

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may leave a notification notice. We recommend contacting your local postal service directly using your tracking number.

Packages Lost During Transit

If the shipping carrier officially confirms that your package was lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Delivered but Missing Packages

Once tracking shows a package as successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. toyuxy is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Delivered Orders
