Standard Shipping: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
To maintain the highest standards of quality and product availability, we dispatch orders from our strategic regional distribution centers.

4. Order Tracking
Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can follow your package’s progress via our website or directly through the carrier’s portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Toyuxy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
Your satisfaction and your child’s joy are our top priorities.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo at support@toyuxy.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately for any items damaged during transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Toyuxy is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows "Delivered." If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please:
